These General Terms and Conditions of Sale relate to the purchase of products remotely via computer network at www.style-yourself.it.

These Conditions of Sale regulate the sale of products marketed by the company YOURSELF di Francesca Piva in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions, between the Seller and the Customer, shall be governed by the following General Conditions.

REGISTRATION

Users who wish to shop at www.style-yourself.it and take advantage of the services on the site must register. The user who proceeds to registration declares that he/she has read the Privacy Policy, and that the personal information entered is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided.

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

GENERAL OF SALE

Contracts for the sale of products on www.style-yourself.it are considered concluded when the purchase order placed by the customer is received. YOURSELF by Francesca Pivain will promptly send to the customer receipt of the purchase order placed by the customer. The customer, by sending his purchase order electronically, declares that he has read and accepted these general conditions of sale and undertakes to observe and respect them in his dealings with YOURSELF di Francesca Piva.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER FULFILLMENT

The electronic commerce system adopted on the www-style-yourself. co.uk website is designed to ensure maximum transparency for the Customer, indicating in real time the exact status of the availability of Products in stock and related delivery times.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

YOURSELF by Francesca Piva pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 196/2003 informs that personal personal and fiscal data acquired even verbally in reference to the business relationships established, provided directly by the interested parties, or otherwise acquired as part of the activity of the Firm, will be processed in compliance with the regulations referred to, including the obligations of confidentiality provided by them. In relation to the aforementioned may be exercised the rights under Article 7 Legislative Decree. 196/2003.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT

The Customer is required, before submitting his or her purchase order, to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. Submission of the purchase order implies their full knowledge and acceptance. Finally, the Customer is obliged, once the online purchase procedure is completed, to print and keep these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, already viewed and accepted during the conclusion of the contract.

ORDER DEFINITION

By placing an order online, the Customer transmits to www.style-yourself.it a proposal to purchase the product and/or products placed in the shopping cart. When the Customer places an online order for the products he or she has placed in the shopping cart, he or she agrees to purchase them at the price and under the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

MODE OF PURCHASE

The customer purchases the product, the characteristics of which are illustrated online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, at the price specified therein, plus the delivery charges specified on the site (except in special cases). Before the purchase order is submitted, the unit cost of each selected product, the total cost in case of purchasing more than one product, and the relevant delivery charges are summarized. Once the purchase order has been submitted, the customer will receive an e-mail message from www.style-yourself.it confirming receipt of the purchase order and containing information on the main characteristics of the purchased goods, details of the price, delivery costs, applicable taxes and means of payment.

SALE PRICES

All sales prices displayed on www.style-yourself.it are given in Euros and include VAT. They are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are the responsibility of the Customer, clearly displayed before the order is finalized. Any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPMENTS

Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer, clearly visible at the time of placing the order.

www-style-yourself. co.uk assumes no responsibility for any delays in delivery by the shipping companies that are listed below:

• FEDEX/TNT;
• GLS.

Any updates on the choice of other shipping companies will be visible directly on the Site.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

The purchased goods, together with the receipt, are delivered by courier to the address specified by the Customer when ordering online. YOURSELF by Francesca Piva guarantees delivery of the purchased product in the shortest possible time. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient, at the address indicated by the recipient in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try a second time; if the recipient is still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender with costs to be charged to the customer.

CONFORMITY WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Products purchased on the site (www.style-yourself.it) are subject to the regulations on the sale of consumer goods. Delivered products conform to the characteristics shown online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal. In particular, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with YOURSELF di Francesca Piva, without specifying the reason, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the goods. The right of withdrawal is recognized in the head of the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the site www.style-yourself.it. The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the above deadline, a notice by certified e-mail to yourself@pec.it. Notice of withdrawal must also necessarily be sent, within the above time limits, by standard e-mail to info@style-yourself.it. YOURSELF by Francesca PIVA is obliged to refund the amounts paid by the customer, excluding shipping costs.

In particular, YOURSELF di Francesca Piva will proceed with the transmission of the re-credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date on which the package with the return was received. This will be done by crediting the amount to the bank account indicated by the customer. YOURSELF di Francesca Piva has the right to reject any product returned that is not perfectly intact or in a manner different from that specified above, as well as products for which the customer has not fully paid the cost of return, or has not complied with the procedures and timeframes indicated for the communication of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

RETURN POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS

Returns for merchandise defects are the responsibility of the merchant. This will be done after sending photographic evidence of the defective product immediately after receiving the package to return@style-yourself.it and pec address yourself@pec.it.

EXCHANGE RETURN POLICY

Returns c.d. for change of merchandise (ex: change of size), are considered free of charge only if another product is chosen at the same time otherwise they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

To make a product change, open a Support Ticket and fill out the required fields, or send an email to return@style-yourself.it indicating your order number and the email address or phone number associated with your account.

EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

In case of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the goods YOURSELF di Francesca Piva reserves the right to declare, pursuant to and in accordance with Art. 1456 of the Civil Code, terminated this contract by sending a written notice to the customer’s email address.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is governed by Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any legal action brought by Buyer under this warranty or any additional legal warranties shall be the Court of Udine.
